Respected Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) expert, Michael Kinard, with over 25 years’ experience, together with Steve Scannapieco, who brings 20 plus years in related specialized knowledge to the table, and Arlene Rettew, who has over 10 years experience in administrative, financial and customer service, formed Reliant CEM Services, Inc. Our team was founded in order to reinvent the industry standard in customer service and emergency response, boasting expert Field Service Technicians, who average 10 plus years of experience and reliability, raising the bar for all in the CEM Service industry.

It is the backbone of our customer service pledge to you, hence the derivative of Reliant CEM Services, Inc. When our customers have a CEMS issue, they have one goal in mind when calling a service provider. They want proper resolution achieved in a timely manner that involves little to no down time. If there is an emergency on-site, our customers want the assurance that they can pick up the phone and reach an experienced service technician. They want reliability.

We are the CEM Experts you can rely on. We certainly do not use the term expert lightly. We have an ever expanding team of expert CEM Field Technicians with an average of over ten years’ experience. We have many competitors who claim to be experts, but that is not the case. We back it up with constant technical and regulatory training for all of our staff. This ensures that we stay ahead of the ever changing industry technological and regulatory requirements.
